About us
HR software for the people who aren’t at a desk
Most HR platforms are built for an office where everyone badges in at one door. A great many Indian companies do not work that way.
The problem we kept seeing
A company with sixty people has attendance in a register, leave in a WhatsApp group, travel claims on paper, and payroll in a spreadsheet that one person understands. Month end takes a week, and half of it is arguing about numbers nobody can prove.
The tools that fix this exist, but they are usually sold in pieces — an attendance product, a payroll product, a “field force” add-on — each with its own price, its own login and its own version of the truth.
What we built instead
LEEMRO HRMS is one system where the punch, the leave request, the travel claim and the payslip are the same record. An employee clocks in on their phone with a selfie and a GPS fix; that record becomes the attendance calendar, the loss-of-pay calculation and the line on the payslip without anyone retyping it.
It is priced the same way: one rate per employee, everything included. No module licences, no negotiation about which features your size of company is allowed.
Built for Indian compliance
Provident Fund, ESI, professional tax and TDS are part of the payroll engine rather than a compliance pack sold separately. Holiday calendars, shift patterns and multi-state operations are assumed, not treated as edge cases.
Where we are going
Recruitment and onboarding, performance cycles, a helpdesk and asset management are the next additions — all inside the same licence. If there is something your team needs that we have not built, tell us. That is how most of this got here.
How we work
Three commitments
One price, everything in it
You should not have to work out which tier hides the feature you need. Every plan is the whole product.
Your data stays yours
Export it whenever you want. We do not sell it, mine it, or hold it hostage at renewal.
A person answers
Support is a human who knows the product, reachable on WhatsApp and the phone, not a ticket queue.
