Terms of service

These terms govern your use of LEEMRO HRMS. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

LEEMRO HRMS is a subscription human resource management service covering attendance, leave, payroll, expenses and related functions. We provide it on a best-efforts basis and continue to develop it; features may be added or changed, but we will not remove a capability your subscription depends on without notice.

Free trial

New workspaces receive a 15-day free trial with full functionality and no payment details required. At the end of the trial the workspace is suspended unless a subscription is started. Suspended data is retained for a reasonable period before deletion, so nothing is lost the moment a trial lapses.

Fees and billing

  • Subscriptions are priced per active employee, per month.
  • The standard rate is INR 69 per employee per month on monthly billing, or INR 49 per employee per month when paid annually in advance.
  • Organisations above 100 employees are priced individually by agreement.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
  • An employee who is deactivated stops counting towards the billable seat count from the next billing cycle.

Your responsibilities

  • Keeping account credentials secure, and removing access for people who leave
  • Ensuring you have a lawful basis to process the employee data you enter, including photographs and location
  • Telling your employees what is collected — the product records this data openly, and it should not be a surprise to them
  • The accuracy of payroll configuration; we compute according to the rules you set

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to break the law, to process data you have no right to, to attempt to access another customer’s workspace, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You can export it while your subscription is active. On termination we will provide a copy on request and then delete it, subject to any retention the law requires. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages happen. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for non-payment or for a material breach of these terms, having first given you notice and a reasonable chance to put it right.
