HR that fits in a work shirt pocket
Your site staff will never open a desktop HR portal. They will open an app, take a photo, and get on with the day. That is the whole design brief.
- No extra licence
- Same data as the web app
- iOS on the roadmap

In the app
What your team can do from their phone
Selfie clock-in
The camera opens, the photo is captured, the punch is written. No terminal, no queue at the gate.
GPS verification
Location is checked against the site geofence before the punch is accepted, with the distance shown.
Leave in two taps
Balance visible before applying, request routed to the right manager, decision pushed back.
Payslips on demand
Every payslip downloadable as a PDF, without an email to HR.
Site visits & trips
Field staff record client visits and start a tracked trip; the claim computes from the distance.
Approvals for managers
Leave, expenses and regularisation approved from the same app, wherever the manager is.
One database, no sync to manage
The app and the web application talk to the same API and the same database. There is no local store to reconcile, no nightly sync and no “the phone says something different” conversation. A punch recorded on site is visible on the manager’s dashboard immediately.
Installing it
The Android build is distributed directly from the download page. Android asks for confirmation before installing an app from outside the Play Store — that is expected, and the prompt names LEEMRO. Your workspace must exist first, and each employee signs in with the email they were invited on.
iPhone users
An iOS build is planned. Until it ships, the web application works on any modern mobile browser, including Safari on iPhone — clock-in, leave, expenses and payslips all function there.
App questions
An Android app is available today and covers attendance, leave, expenses, payslips and manager approvals. An iOS version is on the roadmap. The web application works on any modern mobile browser in the meantime.
Yes. The Android app captures a selfie and a GPS fix on every clock-in and clock-out, and validates the location against the geofence of the site they are assigned to. Field staff can also record site visits and have travel claims calculated from the distance actually driven.
Every organisation is a fully isolated workspace. Data is scoped to your organisation at the database query level, not filtered in the interface, so one company can never read another company’s records.
