This policy explains what personal data LEEMRO collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers both this website and the LEEMRO HRMS application.
Who we are
LEEMRO operates https://leemro.com and the LEEMRO HRMS service. For any privacy question, write to sales@leemro.com.
What this website collects
- Enquiry details. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email, phone number, company and message you type, plus your IP address and the time of submission — the last two only to prevent abuse of the form.
- Server logs. Our host records standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, user agent, timestamp) as part of operating the site.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled, aggregate usage statistics are collected to understand which pages are useful. No advertising or cross-site tracking network is embedded in this site.
This site sets no advertising cookies and embeds no third-party tracking widgets. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a third party.
What the product collects
Inside LEEMRO HRMS, your employer is the data controller and we are the processor acting on their instructions. Depending on the features your employer enables, the system may hold employment records, attendance timestamps, clock-in photographs, GPS coordinates recorded at the moment of a punch or trip, leave and expense records, salary and statutory identifiers, and documents uploaded to the employee vault.
Location and camera data are captured only at the moment an employee performs an action — a clock-in, a site visit check-in, or a tracked trip they started. The system does not track a device in the background.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting and email delivery), and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Product data is retained for as long as your employer’s workspace is active; on termination it is deleted or returned to them on request, subject to any statutory retention period that applies to payroll records.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If the data sits inside your employer’s workspace, we will direct the request to them, since they control it. Write to sales@leemro.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Each customer workspace is isolated at the data layer, and access inside a workspace is governed by the role permissions the customer configures. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat payroll and identity data as the sensitive material it is.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify customers directly.
